Booking & Refund Policy

Deposits

A reservation deposit (typically 30%) is required to confirm villa rental dates. Balance due 60 days before arrival.

Cancellations

Cancellations more than 90 days before arrival receive full deposit refund less processing. Cancellations within 60 days are non-refundable unless re-booked.

Force majeure

Date changes due to hurricane or government travel restrictions handled case by case.
